A table among the trees

Where the garden meets the Mediterranean.

Jardín was chef Jason Dady’s Mediterranean-inspired dining concept inside the historic Sullivan Carriage House at the San Antonio Botanical Garden. Its menu brought together fresh produce, mezze-style sharing plates, focaccia pizza, garden lunches and brunch.

The design keeps the spirit of that setting alive: hand-touched textures, limestone neutrals, deep leaf-green, terracotta accents and photography that makes food feel as vibrant as its surroundings.

01
Built around sharing

Mezze, olives, hummus and small plates invite everyone to try a little of everything.

02
Seasonal by nature

Garden colour, citrus, herbs and fresh ingredients form the visual language.

03
Brunch worth staying for

A warm editorial section inspired by the restaurant’s later daytime-focused menu.

Brunch among the botanicals

Slow mornings. Bright plates. Open skies.

Jardín’s final daytime chapter celebrated garden-inspired breakfast and lunch, fragrant coffee and the kind of brunch best enjoyed without looking at the clock.

A sense of place

More than a dining room.

The San Antonio chapter

Remembering Jardín at the Garden.

Jardín opened in 2020 and closed after service on May 31, 2025. The historical dining room was inside the Sullivan Carriage House at the San Antonio Botanical Garden. The Botanical Garden remains a separate destination; its current operation must not be confused with the former restaurant.
